Return Policy

Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if any defects are found. Products sold by www.buyiptvbox.com cannot be returned. If customer detect any issues with the product, customer have to notify us immediately. Items can only be accepted by us with proof of purchase. Exchanges will be accepted at our sole discretion. Customer will be liable to any return postage (if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange, we can provide customer with comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion.
